At Sassh, our goal is simple: to help every girl feel comfy and confident in her first bras. We’ve designed our shipping, returns, and exchange process to feel clear, fair, and stress-free, especially for parents navigating their firsts.
This policy supports your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australia Orders
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided once dispatched.
New Zealand Orders
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
- $20 flat rate for orders under $150
Orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Delivery times may vary.
International Shipping
At this time, Sassh ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
As a brand focused on fit, comfort, and confidence for growing girls, limiting our shipping regions allows us to provide reliable delivery, see-through pricing, and smoother exchanges.
If you’re outside AU or NZ, you’re welcome to join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Note: All international packages may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibilities of the customer. For more information on duties, taxes, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office directly.
We currently ship to select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our team and we'll do our best to help.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched to Australia Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your package online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the delivery estimates above, shipping times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@sassh.com.au and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. If your package is returned due to incorrect address information or being unclaimed at your local postal facility, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and offer a resolution.

We care about the planet and our future. That’s why Sassh uses eco-friendly mailers and minimal packaging wherever possible. We want our girls to grow up in a world that’s just as comfortable and kind as our bras.
