All orders are packed with care and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
We aim to dispatch your order the next business day, so it’s on its way to you as soon as possible.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, because we know you’ll be just as excited as she is to try it on.

How much is shipping?
Australia orders
- Free standard shipping for orders over $90
- $10 flat rate for orders under $90
New Zealand orders
- Free standard shipping for orders over $150
- $20 flat rate for orders under $150
Heads up! Orders outside Australia may have extra tax or customs charges when they arrive. Be sure to check any import fees before ordering.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We’re fast, kind of like getting ready for school when you’ve hit snooze one too many times!
Australian orders
- Standard: 4-7 business days
- Express: 1-3 business days
New Zealand orders
Estimated delivery: 5-14 business days
If you order before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday, we aim to pack and ship your order the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.
Big sale events (like Black Friday) might slow things down a little, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you ASAP. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Australia Post, for example, usually doesn’t deliver on weekends. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on the way!
Do you ship internationally?
International Shipping (Outside AU & NZ)
At the moment, Sassh ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
As a brand focused on comfort, fit, and confidence for growing girls, we want to ensure every order arrives smoothly without unexpected delays, duties, or complicated returns. For now, limiting our shipping regions allows us to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
We’ll always do our best to help.
If you realise your shipping address is wrong, please email us at hello@sassh.com.au as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we can usually update the address for you. Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to make changes.
If you’re unsure, reach out anyway, we’re real humans and we’re always happy to check for you.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with all the deets, including your tracking number. Just click the link and follow your Sassh goodies from our place to yours (because we know you’ll be checking).
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@sassh.com.au as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change or cancel it for you. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
If you’re not sure about the status of your order, reach out anyway, we’re always happy to check.
Do I need to sign for my order?
No, a signature is not required for Sassh orders. Your parcel will be delivered to your nominated address by Australia Post and left in a safe place where possible.

Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
We want every girl to feel comfortable in her Sassh. If something's not quite right, you can return or exchange within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

How to return an order by post?
Return via Australia Post:
Follow these steps to setup the return:
- Click here to start a return.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select your order. Find the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose the item(s) to return.
- Select a return reason that best describes why you're returning the item.
- Submit your request.
- Sassh crew will review your request and respond via email, typically with 1 business day.
- Check your email. Once approved, you'll receive an email with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Send back your item(s). Place your item(s) in the original Sassh packag.
- Drop your parcel off at your nearest Australia Post location.
Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, you can track your return via the link in your return confirmation email.
What if I don't have access to a printer?
Australia Post will happily print any Australia Post shipping label once it has been generated. Simply take a screenshot of your label into any Australia Post Shop for printing.
How many days do I have to return my order?
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Sassh, but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return most products (see below) within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
- The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or stains (including deodorant or makeup).
We’re unable to accept returns under our change-of-mind policy for:
- Items that show signs of wear
- Underwear (excluding bras)
- Sale or marked-down items
We know finding the right first bra can take a little trial and error, so if you’re unsure about sizing, we’re always here to help.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re so sorry, that’s not the Sassh experience we want for you.
Please email us at hello@sassh.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 1 business day. We’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed.
Please note it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
