Shipping
How much is shipping?
Australia orders
- Free shipping on orders over $90
- $10 flat rate on orders under $90
- Express shipping: $15
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided once your order is on its way.
New Zealand orders
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- $20 flat rate on orders under $150
We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post International. Delivery times may vary, and tracking will be provided where available.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We’re fast, kind of like getting ready for school when you’ve hit snooze one too many times!
If you order before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday, we aim to pack and ship your order the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.
Big sale events (like Black Friday) might slow things down a little, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you ASAP. Delivery times depend on the carrier - Australia Post. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on the way!

At the moment, Sassh ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
As a brand focused on comfort, fit, and confidence for growing girls, we want to ensure every order arrives smoothly without unexpected delays, duties, or complicated returns. For now, limiting our shipping regions allows us to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
After you place your order, you’ve got 30 minutes to make a change on where you want your precious Sassh parcel to be delivered. After that, your order is likely packed and ready to go because we don’t waste any time getting your Sassh goodies on their way.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with all the deets, including your tracking number. Just click the link in the email and you'll be directed to the Australia Post website where you can follow your Sassh goodies from our place to yours (because we know you’ll be checking).
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Ah no... you don’t want your Sassh goodies anymore? We might be mildly offended, but you have 30 minutes to make any changes or cancel your order before we pack and ship it out.
Do I need to sign for my order?
No, you don’t need to sign for your Sassh order. If you’re not home when it arrives (and you’re in Australia), your parcel may be taken to your local post office for collection.
If you’ve set up a ‘safe drop’ or have given ‘authority to leave’ in a safe place, just a heads up that we can’t take responsibility if the parcel goes missing. You can manage your delivery preferences easily through the Australia Post app, super handy!

Free size exchanges
We know finding the right fit matters, especially for first bras. That’s why we offer free size exchanges within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items, so your girl can feel comfortable and confident.
Our exchange process is designed to be simple and stress-free.
Step 1: Get in touch
Email us at hello@sassh.com.au within 30 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to exchange
- The size (or colour) you’d like instead
Our team will help you check availability and guide you through the next step.
Returns
If you’d prefer a return instead, items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Return shipping costs apply.

How to return an order by post?
How to Request an Exchange or Return
To start an exchange or return, please email hello@sassh.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- The size or colour you’d like instead (for exchanges)
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds
- Original shipping fees are not refundable
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
How many days do I have to return my order?
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Sassh, but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return most products (see below) within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
- The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition.
We do not accept the return of products under our change-of-mind policy that are:
- Sale or marked down items;
- Underwear (excluding bras)
What if my items are damaged or defective?
Oh no, that’s definitely not the Sassh experience we want for you! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us straight away at hello@sassh.com.au with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll sort it out ASAP with either a replacement or a full refund, depending on what suits you best. Our goal is to make things right quickly so you and your girl can get back to feeling comfy and confident.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes our quick quality check, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s on the way, then it’s up to your bank or payment provider, which can take another 3–7 business days to show up in your account.

How to measure bra size for teens?
We’ve made it easy! Check out our Size Guide. It includes simple tips to help you measure at home. If she’s between sizes, we recommend going up a size for extra comfort. And don’t stress, our first bras for tween girls are super stretchy and designed to grow with her, so she'll always feel comfortable and confident.
What makes Sassh bras different from other brands?

Do Sassh bras have padding or underwire?
Nope, no underwire here! Sassh bras are made to move, stretch, and grow with her. Underwires can feel restrictive and uncomfortable for developing bodies, and they’re simply not needed at this stage. Sassh bras use soft, supportive fabric instead, giving her all-day comfort and confidence without any poking or pressure.
All Sassh bras come with complementary light, removable pads for gentle coverage and flexibility. It's perfect for when she wants a little extra shape or modesty. Plus, they’re easy to take out for washing, so the bra dries faster and keeps its shape better over time. (Tip: pop the bra in a laundry bag to keep the pads from shifting in the wash!)
And as always, every Sassh fabric is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, so it’s safe and gentle on sensitive skin.
How should I care for my Sassh bras and undies?
Treat them gently, just like she deserves! We recommend a cold, gentle machine wash in a laundry bag, then air dry flat. Avoid bleach or dryers, they’re not as kind to delicate fabrics. (Good news: our OEKO-TEX® certified materials are tested for durability and quality, so they’ll last through all the tumbles and twirls of tween life.)
Where are Sassh products made?
All Sassh pieces are thoughtfully designed right here in Queensalnd, Australia, then brought to life by our manufacturing partner in China, a factory owned by an incredible woman (and mum of four!) who shares our values for quality, comfort, and kindness.
We like to say it’s mums helping mums and daughters on both sides of the world. Every fabric is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning it’s been tested and proven safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Do you offer gift cards?
We sure do! Sassh digital gift cards are perfect for birthdays, graduations, or “just because” moments. Let her choose her own favourite style (and you get the credit for picking the perfect gift).
My daughter is shy about getting her first bra. Any tips?
Totally normal! Start the conversation by focusing on comfort and confidence, not size. Let her explore Sassh’s fun colours and styles. It makes the experience something to look forward to, rather than stress about.
