We want every girl to feel comfortable in her Sassh. If something's not quite right, you can return or exchange within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Log in to your account and go to your order history.
3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
4. Choose the item(s) and select whether you want a refund or exchange.
5. Provide a reason for your return to help us improve our products and service.
6. Download and print your prepaid Australia Post return label.
7. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) with tags attached.
8. Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
9. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

We know you're going to love your Sassh, but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return the products within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:

• The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition.
• For hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks or stains (including deodorant or makeup).

We’re unable to accept returns under our change-of-mind policy for:

• Items that show signs of wear
• Underwear (excluding bras)
• Sale or marked-down items

We know finding the right first bra can take a little trial and error, so if you’re unsure about sizing, we’re always here to help.

We're so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition, that’s definitely not what we want!

Please send us a message via our contact page, with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll take care of it quickly and get a replacement out to you.

Oh no! We’re so sorry about that! If you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us ASAP, and include your order number and a quick photo of what you received.

We’ll sort it out fast and make sure the right item is on its way to you.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. We'll pop the refund back to your original payment method, and you'll get an email as soon as it's done.

Just a heads up: original shipping fees aren't refunded, but we'll make sure the rest is sorted quickly and smoothly.

• Exchanges: On us! We'll cover all return shipping for size swaps or colour changes.
• Refunds: A flat $10 AUD will be deducted to help cover the return shipping label.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided at the final step of your return, easy peasy.
