We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Free exchanges for our Australian customers.
What is your return policy?
We want every girl to feel great in her Sassh. If something's not quite right, you can return or exchange within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How do I place a return?
- Click here to start a return.
- Log in to your account and go to your order history.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose the item(s) and select whether you want a refund or exchange.
- Provide a reason for your return to help us improve our products and service.
- Download and print your prepaid Australia Post return label.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) with tags attached.
- Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Pos.t location.
- You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
How many days do I have to return my order?
We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love your Sassh, but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return the products within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
- The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition.
We do not accept the return of products under our change-of-mind policy that are:
- Sale or marked down items;
- Underwear (excluding bras)
What should I do if I received a damaged product?
We're so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition, that’s definitely not what we want!
Please send us a message via our contact page, with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll take care of it quickly and get a replacement out to you.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
Oh no! We’re so sorry about that! If you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us ASAP, and include your order number and a quick photo of what you received.
We’ll sort it out fast and make sure the right item is on its way to you.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. We'll pop the refund back to your original payment method, and you'll get an email as soon as it's done.
Just a heads up: original shipping fees aren't refunded, but we'll make sure the rest is sorted quickly and smoothly.
Returning in AU
Changed your mind? No stress, we've made returns and exchanges super simple. You've got 30 days to return your item through our online return portal.
If you're in Australia:
- Exchanges: On us! We'll cover all return shipping for size swaps or colour changes.
- Refunds: A flat $10 AUD will be deducted to help cover the return shipping label.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided at the final step of your return, easy peasy.

Returning in NZ
Changed your mind? No stress, we've made returns and exchanges super simple. You've got 30 days to return your item through our online return portal.
If you're in New Zealand:
- Exchanges: Return shipping from NZ is at your cost, but we'll ship your new item back to you for free.
- Refunds: Prefer a refund? No problem, just send the item back using your preferred tracked service. Return shipping costs are not covered by Sassh.
