30-Day Returns Window (Change of Mind)

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

• Proof of purchase is provided (order number or tax invoice)

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags, hygiene liners, and packaging are intact

Underwear Returns

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty.

Australia – Exchanges & Returns

Free Size Exchanges (Australia only)

We know fit matters, especially for first bras.

• We offer free size exchanges on eligible bras

• Return postage for the exchange is covered by Sassh

• The replacement item will be sent once the original item is received

• Original shipping fees are not refundable

Returns (Refunds – Change of Mind)

• Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days

• A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee applies

• Original shipping charges are not refundable

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

New Zealand – Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

• Return postage is covered by the customer

• Sassh will ship the replacement item free of charge

Returns (Refunds)

• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost

• A tracked postal service is required

Bundles & Multi-Buy Promotions (Buy Any 3 for 15% Off)

Items purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion may be returned or exchanged individually, provided standard return conditions are met.

Exchanges

• Individual items from a bundle may be exchanged (subject to availability)

Refunds (Partial Bundle Returns)

If you return part of a multi-buy order, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the items you keep, and the promotional discount will be recalculated.

How this works (simple example):

• Buy any 3 bras (15% off)

• Full price: $150

• Discounted price paid: $127.50

If you return one $50 bra:

• Remaining items (2 bras) revert to full price = $100

• Refund = $127.50 − $100 = $27.50

This ensures the bundle discount is applied fairly and consistently.

Faulty or Defective Items (Australian Consumer Law)

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

• Is not of acceptable quality

• Is not fit for purpose

• Does not match its description or sample

Consumer guarantees apply regardless of wear timeframe, provided the issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or abnormal wear.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@sassh.com.au with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

• Your preferred size or colour (for exchanges)

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Banks and card providers may take additional time to process funds

• Original shipping fees are not refundable

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
