What age should a girl start wearing a training bra?
Every girl develops at her own pace, but most girls start wearing training bras between ages 10-12. Signs she might be ready include breast buds forming, asking about bras, or feeling self-conscious about her changing body. The Essential is designed for girls ages 10-14.
What's the difference between a training bra and a regular bra?
Training bras like The Essential are designed for early breast development. They provide light coverage and support without underwires or heavy padding. They're more about comfort and confidence than heavy-duty support.
Is The Essential good for sports and PE class?

Can she sleep in The Essential?
Absolutely. The Essential is so comfortable that many girls choose to sleep in it, especially during sleepovers or when they want that extra sense of security.
How many training bras should I buy?
We recommend starting with at least 3-4 so she always has a clean one available. Many mums buy a starter pack and then add more as she finds what she likes.
