What age should a girl start wearing a training bra?

Every girl develops at her own pace, but most girls start wearing training bras between ages 10-12. Signs she might be ready include breast buds forming, asking about bras, or feeling self-conscious about her changing body. The Essential is designed for girls ages 10-14.
